Volunteer Roles
Choose the role that best fits your skills and availability. All roles are equally important to our success.
Event Setup & Logistics
- 4-6 hours per event
Help with venue preparation, registration desk, and participant check-in
Technical Mentor
- Full event day
Guide students during competitions, answer technical questions, and provide encouragement
Judge Assistant
- 3-4 hours per event
Support judges during evaluation, manage scoring sheets, and coordinate presentations
Photography & Media
- Full event day
Capture event moments, manage social media updates, and document success stories
